If you choose camping, you will need to be able to supply your own camping gear, including tent. 

Glamping tents are located next to the festival site. All bedding and towels are provided, as well as a communal area to charge your devices. No cooking or refrigeration facilities provided. 

This is shared / homestay-style accommodation.

There are many accommodation options available in Warrnambool which is a 25 minute drive from the Festival Site. The festival supplies a shuttle service on request for artists to and from festival site/Port Fairy.

Please note we only supply accomodation for performers - not managers/crew unless essential/negotiated

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

AVAILABILITY: We book acts on the basis that they are available for shows over the entire Festival period. Exceptions are only at the discretion of the Program Director and are to be discussed prior to submitting an application. Please note for children's and street performers the expectation is up to six performances across the Festival weekend.

PUBLIC LIABILITY: To play Port Fairy Folk Festival or any other Australian festival it is mandatory to have insurance that covers each act member. We will require a copy of your PLI Certificate of Currency no later than 28 days prior to your first performance at the event.

TAX & WORKCOVER: The artist agrees to arrange and comply with their own tax and work cover obligations. International acts must cover Health Insurance, Visas, Tax & PL Insurance.

OneMusic (Previously APRA): All Artists are to supply set lists to OneMusic (Australia's sole royalty collection agency) at completion of performances so they may be supplied to for royalty distribution.  Performance invoices will be withheld until these are completed.

MERCHANDISE: The festival merchandise commission is 25% plus GST. Side of stage sales and signings will run in accord with Port Fairy Folk Festival policy.

QUOTES: Quoted Fee must be in $AU excluding GST. Please include all travel costs, per diems and meals in your quoted fee.

RIDERS & GUEST PASSES: The Festival is not in a position to provide meals and/or hospitality riders or complimentary guest passes.

• I am the responsible contact person authorised to represent the act and will advise on any changes to details outlined in this application.
• If you are an international artist, I/we understand that if we do not have an Australian based organisation with suitable tax status and an Australian Business Number, I/we will need to apply for an ABN and likely respective Withholding Tax Exemption. If this is not supplied, we understand that Port Fairy Folk Festival will be required to withhold 47% of final payment or any updated amount as defined by the Australian Tax Office.
• I acknowledge that there are no hospitality riders or complimentary ticket allocations.
• I will advise of any lineup conflicts that may arise with other acts applying for the festival.
