Thank you for taking the time to apply to play at Port Fairy Folk Festival 2026. We make sure to listen to every submission we get, however, based on the huge number of acts that apply we will not be able to respond to everyone and apologise if you do not hear from us.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:AVAILABILITY: We book acts on the basis that they are available for shows over the entire Festival period. Exceptions are only at the discretion of the Program Director and are to be discussed prior to submitting an application. Please note for children's and street performers the expectation is up to six performances across the Festival weekend.
PUBLIC LIABILITY: To play Port Fairy or any other Australian festival it is mandatory to have insurance that covers each act member. We will require a copy of your PLI Certificate of Currency no later than 28 days prior to your first performance at the event.
TAX & WORKCOVER: The artist agrees to arrange and comply with their own tax and work cover obligations. International acts must cover Health Insurance, Visas, Tax & PL Insurance.
APRA: All Artists are to supply set lists to APRA at completion of performances so they may be supplied to APRA/AMCOS for royalty distribution.
MERCHANDISE: The festival merchandise commission is 25% plus GST. Side of stage sales and signings will run in accord with PFFF policy.
QUOTES: Quoted Fee must be in $AU excluding GST. Please include all travel costs, per diems and meals in your quoted fee.
RIDERS & GUEST PASSES: The Festival is not in a position to provide meals and/or hospitality riders or complimentary guest passes.
